CuBE: Christians Uniting the Built Environment

This is a Christian faith-based initiative that works to improve the built environment for the benefit of society.

The initiative is the result of theological reflection on the concept of Place, undertaken by David Knight for his PhD. His research focused on the Scriptural vision of humanity’s future destination, the Garden City, in the new Heaven and Earth. This vision is particularly relevant to the sustainability needs of urban areas, where incorporating nature into design enhances the well-being of all living creatures. CuBE unites like-minded professionals working in the built environment to address major issues through collaboration and prayer. Architects, planners, engineers, and others from relevant disciplines are invited to join the journey.
